This Idaho hat is blocked or formed on a custom made hat block, it’s wool and charred so you can see the details. I hand block these hats the old fashioned way and use steam and irons to shape them. I cut them, shape them and sew in a leather sweatband . They are finished with a silk liner. It’s a true handmade custom hat!
